General
• By commissioning me, you have read and agreed to my terms of service.
• I own the rights to all of my art.
• I reserve the right to refuse service.
• Commissioned artwork is for personal use only, and can be used anywhere (though crediting is deeply appreciated!).
• All finished commision work will be posted to my socials unless requested otherwise.
• The use of any of my art for Gen-AI, NFT, or cryptocurrency purposes is strictly prohibited.Payment
• All payments will be done through Ko-fi only!
• You will send a request for what you want; If accepted, payment will be paid upfront in full.
• After the payment is received, I will typically respond within a day with a confirmation that I have received payment, and ask any clarifying questions for what you want.
• If I am unable to start working on the commission within 2 weeks of accepting the request, or if you cancel before I start working on it, you will receive a full refund.
• All currencies and conversions are accepted, though you will be paying for any differences in them.Revisions
• You will have the opportunity to have 3 major revisions in the sketch phase, and numerous minor revisions in the line art phase.
• Once the line art has been approved, only minor edits and errors will be fixed, with any additional revisions costing a small fee.Delivery
• Delivery will be via Ko-fi DMs, as well as email or google drive if requested.
• You will receive a watermarked and un-watermarked version of your artwork in PNG format (PSD and other file formats can be requested for free).
• Delivery time can be anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks as I am currently enrolled in college.Additional Terms
• If you want to use your commissioned work for commercial-use—merchandise, reselling the work, non-personal asset use—we will discuss a commercial fee.
• Please do not request a chargeback; if you want a refund, just ask.
• If there is something you want that I do not have listed, you can request it via my discord and I we will discuss from there.
• Please have a character reference ready; it would also help to have a pose, vibe, and descriptions so I can better understand what you want.
• If you want your work turned into physical merchandise, that can be arranged.
